Plot Summary:
This amazing documentary tells the story of Philippe Petit, who illegally walked a tightrope between new York’s Twin Towers.
Petit came up with his daring plan sitting in a dentist’s waiting room where he spotted a magazine picture of the yet to be built World Trade Center.
This film, told like a well paced heist movie is told by film footage and awesome photographs taken by the group.
James Marsh’s documentary brings Petit’s extraordinary adventure to life through the testimony of Philippe himself, and some of the co-conspirators who helped him create the amazing and unique crime of the century.
