Contributions to Nuwav Online

By submitting your images, music, film and text to Nuwav Online. you grant Nuwav Online full rights to publish your images, music, film and text in Nuwav Online and to use your images for any promotional / advertising material for Nuwav Online.
You warrant that your contribution:
* Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for purposes specified above
* It is not defamatory
* It does not infringe on any law
You agree to indemnify Nuwav Online against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by Nuwav Online as a result of your breach of the above warranty, and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on NuwavOnline.com and the purposes specified above.
